1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using The Parts ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of service
The Parts is a platform for tracking and listing used auto parts. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@theparts.io.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
5. Intellectual property
The Parts and its content are owned by The Parts and protected by copyright and other laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, listings). You grant us a license to display and transmit your content as needed to operate the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of pricing data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
